Energy Sales Specialist

Riefocus  Growth Strategies is hiring outgoing and motivated individuals to  represent NRG Energy inside Walmart locations throughout Massachusetts and Pennsylvania.

This  is a face-to-face sales position where you will engage with customers,  educate them about energy supply options, and enroll qualified customers  using a company-provided tablet. No door-to-door sales, cold calling,  or telemarketing.

Realistic Earnings:

On average, representatives earn between $800 - $1,500+ per week, depending on performance/ability and hours worked.

Responsibilities:

• Engage customers in a retail environment
• Educate consumers about NRG energy programs
• Complete enrollments using a tablet
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and people skills
• Retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
